Everything in one connected system
A desktop app backed by the cloud
Onboarding run by the people who built it

A month of invoicing in one run
Set the billing cycle once and let invoices generate and send themselves, weekly, monthly, quarterly or on your own cycle. A month of billing that used to take weeks runs in under a minute.

An Android app that ends driver paperwork
Drivers see their day, capture photos and signatures, and send receipts, fault reports and delivery notes from site. Everything syncs back to the desktop system, so the office watches the day happen live.

Routes planned in minutes
Drag-and-drop scheduling builds routes with multiple delivery points, synced straight to the mobile app, so office teams and drivers work from the same plan even when it changes mid-morning.

Every document where you can find it
Contracts, invoices and receipts stored securely in the cloud against the customer and the job, with search that finds the right document in seconds.

One customer view for the whole team
Contracts, invoices, orders and delivery history sit on a single customer record, so anyone can add notes, book appointments and answer a query with the full picture in front of them.

Bulk invoicing.
Send individual or grouped invoices in batches, with hundreds emailed in minutes and billing kept accurate across every run.
Estimating and forecasting.
Forecast cash flow across any period or location with automated estimates, and export to Excel when you want to dig deeper.

Logistics and deliveries.
Loading lists, route plans and delivery records on the driver's app, with every update synced back to the office automatically.

Questions about the platform.
What is Service Manager? +
Service Manager is field service management software for route-based service providers, covering CRM, scheduling, route optimisation, a driver mobile app, invoicing and reporting in one system. It was built for the washroom services industry in 2005 and now runs operations across matting, clinical waste, healthcare and recycling.
Who is Service Manager for? +
Service providers running recurring rounds and deliveries, from a single van to fleets of any size. The sweet spot is an operation with around five office users and five to ten drivers, and the system scales comfortably in both directions from there.
Is Service Manager cloud based? +
Mostly, yes. Your database, backups, document storage and the customer and admin portals are all cloud based. The main application installs on your desktops, which keeps it quick on large databases, and your drivers work from the Android app on the road.
How much does Service Manager cost? +
£90 per desktop user per month and £12 per driver per month for the mobile app, plus a one-off onboarding fee from £1,800 depending on the size of your operation, covering training, data import and custom report setup. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
