Founder & CEO

With well over two decades of commercial experience as a software developer and 15 of those in the washroom and matting industry he is fully positioned to achieve Service Manager’s ongoing success.

He is a keen snowboarder and competitive CrossFit athlete

Lenka Laurova

Office Manager

Having worked in business travel for 15yrs Lenka was ideally placed to manage the day to day affairs for Service Manager.

She is a travel-buff and also a fully qualified florist.

Matthew Conway

Senior Developer

Matt has been with the company for over 9 years and knows Service Manager inside out. If you have a quirky service schedule that you can’t figure out he’s the man to call.

In his spare time Matt is usually found doing something to feed his competitive streak; squash is a particular favourite.

Jack Preece

Business Development Manager

Jack joined the Service Manager team in 2021 as Business Development Manager. His role is to handle our business enquires and market Service Manager to prospective customers.

With 7 years experience in the washroom industry across both operations and sales, he has a deep understanding of the problems that face washroom business and all of the benefits that Service Manager can bring!
