Elite Services Holdings Ltd, is a provider of high quality, cost effective hygiene and washroom services; enforced through experience, dedication and reliability. From their site in Rugby they provide a complete washroom service to thousands of customers within the UK covering products from sanitary units, soap/sanitizer stations through to floor mats.

Solution
Leito has worked with Elite over the last 10 years providing us with a computer based system which has evolved year-on-year in line with our business’ ever changing requirements.
During the recent covid pandemic this has enabled a smooth transition from the initial paper-based service manifest to the now fully automated palm pilot system which emails all documentation to the customer at the point of signature. This has aided us with our environmental policy as we have been able to drastically reduce our paper consumption.
We are currently working together to finalise implementation of a routing rationalization process which will help us to reduce our fuel/emissions.
