Calabash Mint chose Service Manager as the software package that was going to take them forward. Our import process made getting the data into Service Manager quick and easy, allowing them to start using the system as quickly as possible; working under a deadline this was essential. With a central system for all of their data they have been able to save time as everyone can see the same information in one place. Tools such as route optimisation and the mobile app have allowed them to react to and resolve service issues quicker than ever which is something that they pride themselves on.
