Yes. We import your customers, sites, units, agreements and service history, so you start with your real data on day one. Our team runs the migration with you, and training is covered during onboarding, so the office and the drivers are comfortable before you switch over.
Does it handle consumable and fragrance rotation? +
Yes. Rotation schedules are tracked per unit, so the right consumable appears on the driver's round when it's due. Drivers see exactly what to fit at each location, and the office can review rotation history across every site without keeping separate records.
Can drivers work offline? +
Yes. The Android driver app keeps working without signal, capturing signatures, photos and service records as normal. Everything syncs back to the office the moment the device reconnects, so rural sites, basements and underground car parks never hold up the round.
What proof of service do my customers get? +
Every visit records a timestamp, a signature and photos, stored against the site and the unit. Customers can view proof through the web-based customer portal, and for large sites, QR code scanning records geo-located proof at each individual service point.
Does it cover my waste documentation? +
Yes. Sanitary and washroom waste is controlled waste, and Service Manager records the collection detail that sits behind your waste transfer notes. Your duty of care trail stays complete, and the data is structured ready for Digital Waste Tracking ahead of the mandatory rollout.
