Questions.

Can I move over from another system or from spreadsheets? +

Yes. We import your sites, assets, streams and schedules, so your history and your contracts arrive with you. Onboarding covers the import, setup and training, and you work directly with the team who built the system throughout the move.

Can it handle multiple service streams on one round? +

Yes. Recycling, general waste and other streams sit together on the same rounds, each with its own frequency, so one visit can cover several services and each one is recorded and billed correctly against the right agreement.

Does it scale across many sites? +

Yes. Multi-site work is the day job. Service Manager plans rounds across estates from a handful of sites to thousands, and reporting rolls up from a single location to the whole contract, so both the site manager and the board get their view.

How does QR proof of service work? +

Drivers scan a QR code at each service point, and the system records the geo-location and plots it onto a map. Large sites such as airports use this for proof of service at every individual location, so the question of which points were serviced is answered with a map.

Does Digital Waste Tracking affect facilities and recycling operators? +

Yes. If you collect waste, digital records become mandatory from October 2027, with receiving sites mandated from October 2026. Service Manager's collection data is structured to map to Digital Waste Tracking fields, and we're preparing for the Defra API ahead of those dates.

How much does facilities and recycling software cost? +

Service Manager is £90 per desktop user per month plus £12 per driver for the mobile app, with a one-off onboarding fee from £1,800 covering training, data import and report setup. The full breakdown is on our pricing page, so you know the numbers before you ever speak to us.
