Can I move over from another system or from spreadsheets? +
Yes. Sites, waste streams, container types and collection schedules import directly, and service history can come across with them. Our team handles the migration and the training, so your compliance record carries on without a gap while the operation keeps running.
Is Service Manager ready for Digital Waste Tracking? +
Yes. Our collection data is structured to map to Digital Waste Tracking fields, and we're preparing for the Defra API ahead of the mandatory dates, which are October 2026 for waste receivers and October 2027 for collectors. Customers will be ready without changing how they work.
Can drivers capture weights on the round? +
Yes. Drivers record container weights at the point of collection on the Android app, tied to the site, the waste stream and the round. The office sees the figures the same day, and the numbers flow through to reporting and invoicing automatically.
Does it record consignment note detail? +
Yes. The system captures the detail behind hazardous waste consignment notes, including waste types, quantities and carrier information, held against every movement. When a customer or the Environment Agency asks for an audit trail, you can produce it the same day for any site.
Can it handle multiple waste streams on one round? +
Yes. Clinical, offensive, sharps and other streams sit on the same rounds, each with its own detail, so mixed collections are recorded correctly at each site and reported separately for each stream when the figures are needed.
How much does clinical waste management software cost? +
